The NWCAA requires that an Operation and Maintenance (O/M) manual be on-site at your facility. For additional information on developing an O/M manual please refer to our Gasoline Station Reference Manual.

If you are planning to construct a new or modify a gasoline station with Stage I and/or II controls you are required to submit a Notice of Construction (NOC) application. Please be aware that only California Air Resource Board (CARB) certified equipment is allowed.
Stations that are currently equipped with Stage II controls must have prior approval before it can be removed.

Construction or Modification:

•  Notice of Construction Application
         Stage I & II equipped
         Stage II removal
• Registration or Exemption:
         Exemption from Registration - Bulk Station*
         Exemption from Registration - Gasoline Station*
  

          *gasoline throughput below 200,000 gallons/year

• Gasoline Cargo Tank Annual Leak Tightness Testing Form and Procedures
